First Blog Ever!!

What prompted me to begin blogging? I'm glad you asked. It was unexpected for me to be here, composing my first blog entry. I recall conversing with Jesus, and in that moment, he suggested that I start a blog, revealing the opportunities it would create for me and other young believers. 

Although being a content creator made the idea seem reasonable, I still had reservations about embarking on this venture. Writing this blog may actually be the simplest aspect of the whole process. Trust me, you can do it too! 

Specializing in lifestyle content, I am a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, a mother, a work-from-home mom, a fashion enthusiast, and a business owner. These various roles heavily influence the content I produce. If you are considering becoming a blogger or content creator, the tips below may be helpful.

Here are tips for starting a blog and becoming a content creator. 

PRAY.

• Remember to pray about your decisions, following Philippians 4:6-7.

  When making decisions, it's essential to start by praying for clarity and guidance. What better way to begin than seeking guidance from the One who created you? It's a great idea, right?

What are you good at?

• Take a moment and think about what you're good at. Is it cooking? Is it gaming? Or do you speak well? We all have something we are naturally good at. Figure out what's yours.

Write the vision down, make it plain. - Habakkuk 2:2-3

• Start mapping this thing out, that's one of the best parts to me. Create a vision board and start thinking about how you want to present your blog to the world. Begin doing research on target audiences and who you want to draw in with your content.

Start creating content.

• This is the part where you probably expect me to say you need 2 drones, the latest MacBook, and start looking for a content space to rent out? Absolutely not. If you do have some of these things, then glory be to God, but if you don't trust me, it's okay. It takes time, give yourself grace and be patient! Enjoy the journey and don't get caught up in what you see everyone else doing. Remember, comparison is the thief of joy. All you need is a good quality iPhone or Android, whichever you prefer, and start RECORDING. EVERYTHING is content. 

Finally, ensure that you carry out your plans. Remember, faith without actions is ineffective! It's important to realize that everyone has aspirations, but you will never succeed if you don't even try. Stay vigilant and prayerful, be cautious of distractions, and always prioritize seeking the kingdom first, as everything else will fall into place.
